Max Power has long been a band about rocking out for Christ. For those of you have been to MP shows, you've probably noticed that MP always plays a few worship covers in ever show. All of the members of Max Power have grown up in worship bands and with worship music and it always seemed natural to us. When we started looking to do a new album, all of us started writing as much as we could seperately. When we came back together to share ideas, everyone seemed to be pushing our lyrics toward a more worshipful direction. With all of that and much prayer, Max Power will be turning towards a more worship direction with our music. Don't wory, MP will still rock out, but it will be more in the vain of artists like Chris Tomlin and Delerious. This is not a decision made on a whim, but this is the way that we feel as a band that God wants us to take our music. Keep us in your prayers, and please come out and continue to support our ministry. This new direction will also culminate in a new CD called "Max Power, Maximum Worship" volume's one and two. Volume one should be completed sometime in February '07!!!

Max Power was recently added to the last 5 dates of Shoutfest! MP has two more dates to go and have already been in Texas and Arkansas.
