background / biography
Connie Hanten is a female Christian vocalist who has been ministering in music for approximately 25 years. Originally from Holtwood, PA, Connie moved to St. Louis, MO in November, 2002.
Connie sings with a purpose and a passion to serve Jesus. As a survivor of spousal abuse, her aspiration is that other people will see the ways in which God uses our trials to mold us into His perfect plan.
Her hearts passion is to minister to those that the world judges harshly. A person with scars becomes qualified to help those with cuts.
Connie is praying that the Lord will open the doors into Federal & state penitentiaries. She has a desire to actually go into the prisons to minister the message of hope & forgiveness through music. She is also working towards leading worship within a local body.
Regardless of where one might be in life, the Lord will utilize the combination of gratitude in Connies heart and her gift of vocals to inspire those who listen.
